Maybe they are telling the truth for once?

After a long hard day, seeing this advert banner (circled) was a welcome 'laugh out loud' moment. In case you cant see it clearly, its an advert for a 2 step programme to a FLAT stomach. Only, someone must have put the pictures on wrongly, because the model starts out at day 1, pale but with a waist definition and by day 30, an obviously different model is now tan with a deliciously rounded tummy and a cute mushroom above her pant band.

Maybe they are telling the truth for once?!!!

Bridges of Hope

I recently completed the Bridges of Hope training to be a HIV awareness champion. I'd like to hear from you if you have concerns you want to talk through confidentially.

Facts about HIV and Aids:

you cant tell by looking at someone that they are HIV positive.

someone infected with the HIV virus can live a normal and productive life, achieving all their dreams and potential.

HIV is not the same as AIDS. With the right medication and lifestyle adjustments, someone with AIDS can live a productive life.

The only way to know for sure if you have HIV is to go and get tested.

Anyone could get infected...not only people we perceive as 'bad'.
